Motion to immediately dismiss malicious prosecution.
Mandy asked that we share this new motion with you:
COMES NOW, the Defendant posts notice to the Court and Plaintiff to immediately Cease and Desist malicious prosecution.
Darick Morrell claims to be pressing charges, and should therefore have his own case against the Defendant and other parties such as Beth Schardine, Kaitlyn Bachman, and Ty Whetten.
Using the State of Utah as a legal hit squad grossly violates due process coupled with the Rules of Procedure and dishonors the legal system as a whole.
As the Court continues to display bias towards the Defendant as pro se, they must be warned that continuing to do so contradicts case law and Supreme Court rulings.
Even now, this case has been sent to the Utah Supreme Court to examine the facts free from any such bias.
Another Williams v. Pennsylvania can be avoided here should the Utah Supreme Court free up the 8th Judicial District from any further mess that could result in cases that violates the Constitution’s Due Process Clause.
The Defendant advices the Court to recuse themselves to aid in removing Judicial Bias from this case.

Yes, Mandy was arrested.
It took no less than 10 police officers who ambushed her upon arriving in the 4th District Courthouse in #provoutah to illegally remove her phone from her purse #withoutawarrant and take her into custody for crimes she did not commit.
Mandy had submitted a Motion to Dismiss the false charges held against her and Beth.
Now, the #traffickers and #corruptgovernment and #judges are ridiculously combining that case with the one in Vernal — actions and events she wasn’t even present for!! How does any of this make sense?
Because it doesn’t.

In medical at Utah County Jail - Worse than solitary confinement
Officer Bunnell from Vernal was there when they arrested her. Pointing to the warrant, he said, “This is how it goes.”
And then he ran out, leaving ASAP.
Held for 36 hours - booked illegally.
They will not give her any of her medication. Not even the medication delivered last night.
She is very nauseated. They are not giving her food she can eat.
They have only given her oatmeal and mash.
They are also not giving her water.
She has only had 2 oz of water in 36 hours.
For food she has had two spoonfuls of applesauce and a few sips of milk.
Her toilet won’t flush, so if she has to vomit, she has to vomit in a toilet with pee and poop.
The officer did not have a warrant to search her purse, he did so a when he found her phone, he then obtained a warrant only afterwards.
There were ten officers there to arrest her. She was having a seizure and they cuffed her then just stood and watched.
Arrest warrant is sealed, so she was not shown the warrant and has not been able to view it.
They claim she was in Vernal on May 15 and July 3.
She was not there either day.

Meet Deputy Baker of the Utah County Sheriff's Office.
He’s been hunting Mandy for at least a year, and now hovers over her under constant watch while she is imprisoned.
He’s waiting to see what he can get out of her, to see when she will give up and break down.
He will be disappointed.
