2 sticks soft butter
2 cups white sugar
Cream together
Add six eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Whip together until fluffy
Add 1 cup flour with spices, salt, baking soda mixed in
2 tsp Salt
1 Tablespoon ground ginger
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
2 tsp Tumeric
1 tsp Baking Soda
Slowly mix in two more cups of flour
Pour in a greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 75 minutes.
Frosting
2 sticks soft butter
2 tbs cream cheese
2 tbs sour cream
2 cups powdered sugar
Whip with beaters until fluffy
Frost the gingerbread when it has mostly cooled.
It tastes best warm!
