Ben and I wrote a song called Tomorrows Music when he was home schooling during the 7th grade.

I wrote the lyrics and he wrote the music.

(It slays me how in the video I asked him what grade he was in when we wrote this song, he said 7th and then I announced the song as having been written when he was in the 8th grade).

The song is a Mom sharing her vision of where her son can fly with his music and he responds in the chorus, “I don’t know”.

Verse one

You came into this world, oh so young.

I did such a better job, than I think I could have done.

I knew you were a man.

I saw you in my dreams.

You were so much stronger,

Than I could have seen.

Chorus

Because, I don’t know

Where I’m gonna be tomorrow.

And I don’t know

Where I am gonna be tomorrow.

Verse Two

Feel so much stronger.

Stand a little taller.

Feel so much stronger.

Gonna be a Music Scholar.

Chorus repeat

Verse Three

Stadium Pleading, Encore! Encore!

A Billion People Watching.

I’m giving more

And MORE!

Chorus repeat

Verse Four

Mom sitting at home

Superbowl on TV.

I always knew that

this is what I would see.

Chorus repeat

Peace

Peace
