Live updates on the hearing…

1. The judge just denied Mandy’s motion to dismiss at 1:19 pm (They started the hearing well before 1:30 pm)

2. The motion to demand discovery. Mandy is arguing with the judge about an illegal search and seizure that happened in both January and later this year 2024.

3. Motion for release from custody. The judge asks if she wants a bail hearing. Mandy is representing herself pro se. She just asserted that the judge is biased because she does not have an attorney.

4. The judge wants to know if she wants him disqualified? She said no.

5. The judge says there is no merit to her motions. Do you want a bail hearing or a preliminary hearing.

6. Mandy wants a preliminary hearing with her co defendants.

7. Preliminary hearing is later this month on September 26th at 10:30 am.

8. Mandy demands they not drag out her case thus violating state and federal law.

One of our legal consultants called the Utah County Jail controlled by the Utah County Sheriff's Office and was told that, “As soon as we get that letter from the Court,” that Mandy would be released. The same must hold true for Ty, Beth, and Kaitlyn.

We are a system of People’s Law. The government is under the control of The People. Political power is for maintaining security, justice and good order — NOT TO ABUSE THE PEOPLE!

Our government is run by the fixed Rule of Law, NOT BY THE WHIMS OF MEN!

The Judicial Branch of government is tasked to guard the laws of the land, NOT TO HAVE POWER OVER THE LAWS!

The 8th District Court, including Judge McClellan, are ignoring:

- Common decency and humanity

- Personal legal rights

- Personal rights

- Personal freedoms

- Inalienable rights and Public Law

- Federal law procedure and protocol

- State law procedure and protocol

- Political overreach

- Laws of the land for personal gain

There is public outcry in the form of:

- Indie journalists calling out the illegal overuse of power

- Public rallies and protests

- Social media campaigns

- Petitions telling the public citizens of the United States

These are the Public Laws currently being violated by Judge McClellan:

- Unlawful restraint

- Abuse of authority

- Victim’s Rights of Recovery

- Individual pro se authority

- Ability to function personal and without discrimination

- Ability to process without discrimination

- Ability to financially support self and family under the law without discrimination
