Tomorrow, David Lee Hamblin will have yet another status hearing before Judge Roger W. Griffin in American Fork at 10:29 a.m. MST. On October 16, Hamblin’s next status hearing before Judge Bagley-actually Bagley’s replacement, as Bagley retired September 30th-will take place at 10:30 a.m. via an in person hearing.
On October 30th at 1 p.m., Hamblin’s ex-wife Roselle Stevenson will have her next status hearing before Judge Lunnen in Provo.
Judge Lunnen has yet to rule on the motion to disqualify the Utah County Attorney’s Office as the prosecutor on Stevenson’s case. IRA will cover any developments as they

The Manti hearing on October 16th at 10:30 a.m. MST is an in person hearing, so to attend via Webex you will need to contact the District Courthouse at 435-264-5011, select option 2, give the clerk an email for the Webex link, and you’ll be able to view the proceeding.
Roselle Stevenson’s October 30th hearing at 1 p.m. before Judge Lunnen is more than 30 days out, and therefore Utah State Courts does not have a link up for the hearing.
