BREAKING 🌎 Liv Bachman reporting from Utah that Lindsey, the Mother of Piper, has been arrested!
This post contains a screenshot of the last text exchange I had yesterday with Lindsey, plus a listing of the “bad actors” in Utah, as well as a timeline of events compiled by Lindsey.

Lindsey has been arrested.
As of 7:20pm last night, 9/10/24, Lindsey was coerced outside of our family home in Goshen by two officers who asked to speak with her about a 911 call she made earlier that night.
This call was made in concern for the safety of an acquaintance who reached out to us for help, and since we had no way of picking her up, Lindsey decided to place the call.
Shortly after speaking with the officers, another non-uniformed officer claiming to be an investigator, showed up and arrested Lindsey.
We have an audio recording proving Lindsey was not told the reason for her arrest at that time.
This investigative officer dressed in black, again not in uniform, told my sister to grab Lindsey some shoes, and then he took her and left.
I found out around 9pm after I woke up from a nap I took after a long day of work.
As soon as I heard, I took to online investigation of her arrest.
Xchange public court records listed nothing.
No search results for a public, state wide, warrant search.
I then called the Utah County jail booking.
They said she is there and is being held on a, “courtesy hold,” for Vernal. As such they didn’t know the charges.
They said she was, “downstairs in housing,” if I recall correctly.
So following that information, I called the Vernal Jail which directed me to calling Uintah County Jail Booking.
I was told that they’re not allowed to disclose the charges. Didn’t tell me why. Just said I had to go through the court to find out.
The arrest records and charges are protected by GRAMA as being accessible to the public!!
Lastly, I was told to call the 8th district court in the morning to find the charges out.

- Darick worked as a trucker and wasn’t on the lease for the apartment

Lindsey raped by Darick
- She thought he had changed and improved. He had only pretended in order to not lose access and control to further abuse

- Reported to police in Vernal, Lindsey attempted to press charges
- Case closed without notifying Lindsey
Darick quit his job and closed their joint bank account without warning before forcing Lindsey and Piper to find another place to live - Lindsey returned to Vernal to retrieve her and Piper’s personal belongings
- Darick claimed to have passed the police academy entrance exams (False, as he soon started working at the local Walmart)
September 2022
An enraged Darick sends police to three different cities trying to find where Lindsey and Piper were in hiding - Traveled to the Bachman’s residence to stalk her himself in addition to sending police
- Darick harassed Lindsey and anyone else he suspected was helping her via text messages

Mandy went to her local religious leaders, Steven Staheli and Charles Pieper about pedophilic behavior she had observed in the congregation

- Both men attempted to intimidate and dismiss Mandy and Beth’s concerns and pleas for assistance in addressing sexual predators being allowed near children and teenagers
Darick threatened and attempted to extort Lindsey for his vehicle to which she had no responsibility for and which he was in possession of
- Wanted Lindsey to pay his impound bill and car expenses that Lindsey had absolutely no legal obligation to pay

Mandy met with a supervising religious leader, Ed Rowe, about unheeded pleas for protecting and regulating pedophiles in congregation

- Police officer in attendance to “keep the peace” (not a thing) - Pieper said that this was “a community issue”

Beth was wrongfully suspended from religious practice of her church
Beth, Wyatt, and their four children sold their house and moved up onto Square Peg Ranch
- Letter personally delivered to Beth as they were packing up their house; couldn’t let her just walk away and be free of them, had to punish her for speaking up and speaking out
Darick demanded that Lindsey return items he had voluntarily left and neglected at the Bachman’s residence
Darick also demanded that Lindsey make payments on the credit card they then currently still had open
- Darick went and paid it off and closed it only because he wanted to save his credit score from taking a hit - Couldn’t be bothered to send child support of any amount previously; showed his priorities
August 2023
Lindsey and Piper approved for and sent into Emergency Protective Custody with the State of Utah
Wyatt got a call from his friend in Spanish Fork Police Department
- Wyatt started acting concerned for Piper’s whereabouts when he had not cared or hardly spoken to them previously
September 2023
Lindsey met with a lawyer who had worked for the State of Utah in various adoption and family law cases - Said he saw no reason why Lindsey and Piper should not be together while in protective custody
Illegal Raid on Bachman’s house in Goshen, UT
- Utah County Sheriff and Uintah County Sheriff were asking about where Lindsey and Piper were - Did not believe that they were in protective custody
- Put Mandy in handcuffs for no reason
- Made Kim get out of bed and was handled roughly by police
Mandy got a call from an even higher supervising leader in her church about her case
Charles Pieper called Mandy and left a voicemail saying that he’s right and she’s wrong
- He had never called before, much less left a message
- Told Mandy that she had no grounds for an appeal for her church membership (false, and not up to him)
Lindsey attempts to turn herself in for alleged Custodial Interference, and the Utah County Sheriff’s Office did not want her

- No less than 10 police officers ambushed her in the 4th District courthouse in Provo, UT
- Handcuffed her and watched as she had a seizure
- Searched her bag and took her phone without a search warrant (obtained an hour post arrest)
- Took Mandy into her hearing in shackles, told her that her criminal cases were being combined (illegal)
- Booked into the Utah County Jail in Spanish Fork, UT
- Shackled went she was taken to her initial appearance in jail, other inmates not shackled whatsoever
- Deprived of prescription medications despite family dropping them off at the jail for her
- Unable to keep food down
- Deprived of water in her cell
- Moved back and forth from medical to general population several times, still not giving her meds two weeks later
- Mandy filed Motion to Dismiss with the 8th District Court’s bias as just cause; court refused to file motion until two hours after her
initial appearance
