Over the past few years two legal situations have played out in Utah.
One revolved around the David Hamblin vs. Utah case and the second was tied to Amanda Bachman and her co defendants who have been prosecuted for a variety of crimes tied to Amanda’s work as a therapist.
I have spent countless hours interviewing those individuals tied to these cases and then blogging and shouting about the injustices observed.
The courts in Utah have no trouble prosecuting women who have been accused of certain crimes, but if a discredited therapist like David Hamblin is involved, they have bent over backwards NOT to prosecute.
This book contains a series of transcripts from Podcasts crafted around the legal proceedings from these two cases and I leave it up to the reader to decide for themselves who the guilty parties are.
